OAK HALL, Va. - The north and southbound lanes of Rt. 13 were closed Monday afternoon as police investigate a deadly motor vehicle accident.
As of 4:15 pm, Virginia State Police were on the scene at Withams Rd. According to VSP, the crash involved a tractor trailer and a sedan.
