WILMINGTON, Del.- Delaware State Police are actively investigating the death of 43-year-old Daniel W. Devol-Neidig, of Dover.

Troopers say on October 9th, around 1:30 p.m., employees at Recycling Management Resources, at 100 Amer Road in Wilmington, reportedly found the body of Devol-Neidig in a processing area.

The cause of Devol-Neidig's death remains unknown, and results from the autopsy are pending. Devol-Neidig was last seen on Monday, October 2, following his release from the Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown.

Delaware State Police detectives have been pursuing leads as they delve into this investigation, and they are now turning to the public for assistance.
