LEWES, DE - The Delaware Department of Justice says a Lewes man has been indicted on charges of unlawful sexual contact that allegedly occurred while he was operating an unlicensed massage operation out of a shed.
According to the DOJ, multiple victims say Robert Leech, 50, unlawfully touched their breasts and buttocks while they were receiving massages at the unlicensed establishment in a shed on Leech’s property between 2020 and 2023.
Leech has been indicted in Sussex County Superior Court on eight counts of 3rd degree unlawful sexual contact and one count of operating a massage establishment without a license.
The DOJ says they suspect there are additional victims and ask them to come forward.
"This type of predatory behavior is utterly unacceptable,” said Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings. “I am grateful to the victims who have come forward and urge any other victims to report their abuse to police and prosecutors. We are here for you.”
The DOJ asks anyone who received a massage at Fusion Massage and Wellness in Lewes, DE, and was inappropriately touched to contact the Delaware State Police at 302-856-5850. Anyone who knows of a possible victim is also asked to contact police.
