Parking lots were especially hard hit, making it difficult for some visitors to park their vehicles.

Wally Saleh, who owns OC Dollar Store, was getting ready for what he thought would be a normal day--but said business was slow and quiet.

"This is the last weekend of the Summer...and we expected to be a little bit busy...and its just with this high tide of flooding the street...its gonna slow down the business," said Saleh.

An Ocean City visitor who came to visit for the weekend from Pennsylvania, was shocked when he got up this morning to find his truck parked in several inches of water.

"I've been coming down to Endless Cruisin' for 20 years now and this is the first i've seen it flood like this," said Rick Jacobs.

The Ocean City Police Department sent out another advisory--as the next high tide was expected to hit shortly after dark Friday evening.
