OCEAN VIEW, Del. - As warmer weather reaches Delmarva, first responders are warning people to be careful of dangerous wildlife.
On Saturday, Ocean View police officers responded to a complaint of a snake bite on Saturday, resulting in the capture of a venomous copper head snake. The snake reportedly bit a man in his backyard. There is no word yet on his condition.
Police removed the snake and safely released it back into a nature preserve.
