SALISBURY, Md.- Salisbury police have found no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a woman whose body was found inside a unit at Naylor Mill Self Storage on East Naylor Mill Road.
Salisbury Police Capt. Rich Kaiser said that at around 10:35 a.m. Monday, managers of the storage facility were checking the property when a door to one of the units was found to be left open. Kaiser said management went inside to check and found the body of a 62-year-old woman and called police.
There were "clear signs" the woman was living inside the storage unit, according to Kaiser.
The body of the woman, whose name has not yet been released, will be taken to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy, Kaiser said.
