DOVER, DE - The Dover Police Department is currently investigating a carjacking that occurred at Delaware Technical Community College today.

Police say they were called to Campus Drive at about 7 a.m. Thursday morning on reports of a vehicle theft. The ensuing investigation reportedly revealed that a man had pushed a woman to the ground as she was getting into a 2012 Gray Kia Sedona in Del Tech’s bus parking lot. The woman sustained minor injuries and the suspect fled in the Kia. 

The suspect is described as a man wearing a black jacket and a white hooded sweatshirt. The Kia’s registration is XQ468051 according to police. There are currently no leads. 

The Dover Police Department asks anyone with information to call them at 302-736-7130.
