DOVER, Del. – Police in Dover are investigating a robbery reported late Sunday night in the unit block of Rockford Crossing.
Investigators said the victim was approached by a male armed with a silver handgun, who demanded the victim’s electric scooter.
Police say the victim ran away, and the suspect took the scooter and fled the area.
