Jana Ruark joined WBOC as a News Producer in July 2021, shortly after graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Media Communication and a minor in Journalism. She produces our entirely local 6 p.m. newscast and has won three first-place awards from the Chesapeake Associated Press Broadcasters Association since joining Delmarva's News Leader.
REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.- President Joe Biden is expected to make a return to Delaware this weekend.
According to the White House, President Biden will go to Philadelphia on Saturday to give remarks at a political rally. He will then make his way to Rehoboth Beach.
During the president's stay, air restrictions will be in place. They are expect to be lifted Monday afternoon.
