FRUITLAND, MD – Maryland's Department of Transportation says a road closure for railroad crossing repairs will cause weekend detours.
Officials say Cedar Lane will close from US 13 to Prosperity Lane starting at 7 a.m. on Oct. 24 as crews perform maintenance on railroad tracks.
Detours will be in effect and the right northbound lane of US 13 will be closed, according to a press release.
Work is expected to be complete by Oct. 28, weather permitting.
