Blue Angels Heading to Ocean City for Advance Visit

OCEAN CITY, Md.- Two officers with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels will make an advance visit to Ocean City later this week to kick off planning for the flight demonstration team's headlining performance at the 2019 OC Air Show

Lt. Cary Rickoff and Lt. Commander Adam Kerrick will fly together into NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Accomack County, Virginia, at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, in a Blue Angels F/A-18. They will then meet with officials from the OC Air Show, Town of Ocean City and other support agencies that play a key role in hosting the team.

Prior to landing they are expected to fly over the beach, weather permitting, to survey the area.
