SALISBURY, Md.- Maryland State Police are investigating an early Tuesday morning crash in Salisbury that left a man dead.
Troopers said it happened shortly after 2 a.m. at the intersection of Route 50 and Rockawalkin Road. When they arrived, troopers found a black Ford pickup that appeared to have crashed into a sub-concrete barrier.
Troopers said the pickup kept driving and crossed all lanes of traffic before losing control of the truck and driving into a ditch before overturning.
The driver, identified as 61-year-old Michael Joseph Robinson of Silver Springs, Md., died on the scene.
His body was taken for an autopsy.
The crash remains under investigation.
