...GUSTY SHOWERS WITH SMALL HAIL THROUGH MID AFTERNOON...

A few showers and perhaps an isolated thunderstorm are possible
through mid afternoon. Some of these storms may contain wind gusts
to gale force and small hail. Special Marine Warnings may be
needed for portions of the waters during this time.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point MD to Smith Point VA,
Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA, Choptank
River to Cambridge MD and the Little Choptank River, and
Tangier Sound and the inland waters surrounding Bloodsworth
Island.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 9 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Maryland and central, east central,
north central, and south central Virginia.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
