MARYLAND - Rep. Andy Harris has been called as the winner of Maryland's Congressional District 1 primary, according to CBS News.
Harris has held the seat since 2010. He currently serves as the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, a congressional bloc of House Republicans that focuses on limited government and fiscal responsibility.
Harris will face the winner of the Democratic primary in November.
