OCEAN CITY, M.d. - The Maryland State Highway Administration announced tonight that the Rt. 50 Harry W. Kelley bridge is officially reopen to vehicle traffic.
They say after the weekend storm passes, daytime single-lane closures will go back into effect until the project is fully complete, which they expect to be by March 20.
