WICOMICO COUNTY, Md.-A Salisbury man has been sentenced on drugs possession charges. Forty-five year-old Jason Suha pleaded guilty to three counts of possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. A Wicomico County judge then sentenced Suha to 23 years in prison, with all but 4 suspended. Additionally, $232,602, a 2023 Toyota Highlander, a 2022 Lexus, and a 2017 Toyota Tundra were forfeited to the County.

On March 29, 2023, deputies, from the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office executed search and seizure warrants on several residences and vehicles associated with Suha. Police say they located and seized, methamphetamine, cannabis, drug paraphernalia, and a large amount of money. Investigators also say Suha was importing controlled substances from California for distribution.
