Seaford Faces Delaware in Court Over Fetal Remains Ordinance

In Chancery Court, in Wilmington, Seaford and the State of Delaware made their cases. Seaford's city council passed an ordinance requiring burial or cremation of fetal remains after an abortion. State Attorney General Kathy Jennings sued the city, saying the ordinance was unconstitutional.
