SMYRNA, Del. - Smyrna Police say they are investigating a car crash with shots fired in the Sunnyside Development on Barley Court on Sept. 20.
Officials say two suspects approached the victim's car with a firearm. One suspect entered the car and the victim fled, hitting four empty cars.
Police say the suspect shot one round while in the victim's car before leaving the scene.
