SOMERSET COUNTY, Md. - Public schools will reportedly open two hours late tomorrow.
School officials say the delay on Monday, Sept. 25, is due to flooding in low lying parts of the county. Officials say FNS and Essential personnel should report on time or when it is safe to do so.
