SOMERSET COUNTY, Md. - Officials say schools will open 2 hours late Monday, Dec. 18.
Somerset County Public Schools say flooding in parts of the county influenced the decision. Essential and FNS staff should report on time and all other staff report when it is safe, according to officials.
