expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways.

* WHERE...Dorchester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 AM EDT this morning through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is possible in the most vulnerable
locations near the waterfront and shoreline.
