Woodland Ferry

SEAFORD, DE- The Woodland Ferry is set to reopen to traffic on Monday.

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) says the ferry will resume normal service hours on September 16th.

Officials had delayed its opening because of longer-than-expected wait times for engine parts. The work was part of mandatory five-year maintenance inspection required by the U.S. Coast Guard.
