BERLIN, Md. -- An agreement has been reached to move forward with the design plans for a brand-new Buckingham Elementary School. This time around, the project is fully funded, which is music to the ears of parents who feared this day would never come. 

BERLIN, Md. -- Parents, kids, teachers, town leaders and many others marched down Main Street on Friday night. Trying to show their community views a new school as not just a want, but a necessity. 

Buckingham Elementary School's first Bike to School event will be held on Thursday, May 18th.

BERLIN, Md. -- Worcester County Commissioners recently approved a $60,000 design study for a new Buckingham Elementary School. While it will be awhile before construction crews break ground, this is the next step for a building better suited to the amount of students and staff at BES. 

BERLIN, Md. -- The town is in the evaluation process, looking for the best locations for speed cameras. Any camera would have to be placed within a half mile of a school.
