VA, Chesapeake Bay from Drum Point MD to Smith Point VA,
Patuxent River to Broomes Island MD, and Tangier Sound and the
inland waters surrounding Bloodsworth Island.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
