Big changes could soon be coming to Legislative Hall after Delaware's Legislative Building Committee decided to move forward with long-delayed projects, including a new parking garage and major renovations, following a pause last year over cost concerns.

The long-planned expansion of Legislative Hall now faces an uncertain future, while a proposed $33 million parking garage is still moving forward. Financial concerns have put the expansion project on hold, raising questions about state spending priorities.

The City of Salisbury announced structural maintenance and repair for a downtown parking garage is underway.
