MARYLAND -- A bill with multiple implications on marijuana use and possession has passed in Maryland's General Assembly. If House Bill 1071 is signed into law, police would no longer be able to use the odor of marijuana as probable cause to search some ones car. 

Delaware State Police  arrested a man on marijuana and felony weapon charges yesterday in Dover.

The Delaware State Police have arrested Kevin Walker of Dover on multiple charges including drug possession with intent to deliver and prohibited possession of a firearm. 

A Dover man was arrested on drug and weapon charges following a traffic stop Monday night.
