Drivers in Delaware could soon pay more for running a red light caught by a traffic camera. The Delaware Department of Transportation is proposing to increase the fine for a red-light camera violation from $137.50 to $167.50.
Police are reinforcing a ban on low-speed vehicles within town limits, a reminder that has some residents pushing for a policy change.
Milford's city council is expected to discuss and vote on a proposed red-light camera program at June 9th's council meeting. The program, led by the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT), would monitor intersections for red-light violations.
