New bill in the Delaware legislature aims to provide clean drinking water to everyone in the state, after both the legislature and Governor Carney have made clear this would be a priority over the next year. Representative Bryan Shupe (R-District 36) of Milford says he was inspired to create this legislation over two years ago, when an Ellendale woman told him she would not bathe her baby son in the sink water because it gave a rash.
