SYNOPSIS: A dry and pleasant autumn air mass has moved into the region and the next few days will be clear and very pleasant. The weekend looks iffy with rain possible as a low pressure system develops to our south.

Tonight: Clear and cool. Low 53-55° Wind: NW 3-8 mph.
Wednesday: Sunny and pleasant with low humidity. High 77-78°. Wind: NW 5-12 mph. Beaches near 75° with winds N 7-14 mph.
Wednesday Night: Clear and cool. Low 55-57° Wind: N 0-3 mph.
Thursday: Sunny and pleasant with low humidity. High 78°. Wind: N 4-8 mph. Beaches near 75° with winds N 6-12 mph.
Forecast Discussion:
Skies will be clear tonight, and it will be cool with a fall like feel. Winds will be from the northwest at 3-8 mph but a little higher near open water. Look for lows near sunrise around 54 degrees. It will be a bit warmer right on the beaches with temps. near 58-60°.
Wednesday will be much the same as today, with clear skies as a dry fall air-mass remains over the entire region. Morning lows will be in the lot-mid 50's with temps. reaching 77-78° around 3 PM. Winds will be from the NW but generally under 12 mph.
Thursday will be sunny as well with just some thin cirrus clouds and low humidity. Morning lows will be in the mid 50's with temps. reaching 78° around 3 PM. Winds will be from the north, but generally under 8 mph.
In the long range: Dry weather with pleasant fall temps. will continue through Friday afternoon. Look for high temps. mainly in the mid 70's as clouds increase. The weekend will probably turn wet with clouds and periods of rain as a low pressure develops to our south. Look for temps. to stay in the mid 70's with lows in the mid 60's. Skies will clear slowly on Monday with temps. near 77° in the afternoon. There is uncertainty about the weekend forecast and it might improve as we get closer.
