Hit-and-run

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police say two teenagers were injured when the dirt bike they were riding collided with an SUV, which fled the scene.

It happened Sunday afternoon at A and Townsend streets. Officers say the two youths, ages 13 and 16, were riding a dirt bike when they entered the intersection and collided with an SUV. Police say the SUV fled the scene.

The teenagers were taken to AI DuPont Hospital for Children. Officers say one has been released; the second has undergone surgery and is in stable condition.

Police are looking for a black or dark blue Tahoe or Yukon-type SUV. Officers say it probably has right side front damage.
