"Back The Blue" Event In Lewes To Support Law Enforcement
Local law enforcement and supporters gathered in Lewes Thursday for "Back the Blue", a community event designed to collect donations for a memorial fund set up in the name of slain Delaware State Police trooper Cpl. Steven Ballard.
