SALISBURY, Md.- A day to sing and preform for a Broadway actress is one students at The Salisbury School will not forget. Jennifer Hope Wills was raised in Ocean City and worked on Broadway, including the role of Christine in The Phantom of the Opera. Wills hopes students not only listened to her voice, but also her message.
"Things are possible, your dreams are possible, you can see past the small town. You are able to get out and do things," said Wells.
Students also preformed today and Wills offered feedback on how to improve. Student Nick Benton sang and said he walks away from today feeling hope.
"It's just crazy knowing that like, someone not far from my house someone else grew up and went to Broadway from the little Eastern Shore, that's crazy so it's for sure inspiring just knowing that anything is possible," said Benton.
Student Luke Schoellkpof agrees.

Wills is back living on the Eastern Shore to raise her son, as she says she missed her hometown during the 20 years she spent working in New York.
