CAMDEN-WYOMING, Del. - A Caroline County, Md. man is behind bars in connection with a discovered meth lab.
According to Delaware State Police, troopers responded to the 200 block of Willow Tree Circle in Camden-Wyoming around 5:30 p.m. Sunday to check on a truck parked in an empty lot.
