WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. - It has been five days since the news broke about the 310 dogs being rescued from a suspected puppy mill in Wicomico County and the community support for pups has not slowed down since.

The Wicomico County Humane Society has had to bring in several temporary storage units to hold all of the donations from the community.  Everything from wet and dry dog food, to puppy pads, to cleaning supplies.

Several organizations and businesses are still doing their part to help the rescued dogs as well.  The Coastal Association of Realtors has various offices designated as donation drop off points in Wicomico, Somerset, and Worcester Counties.

"Everyone is really excited to help right now," said Tom Ruch, a realtor at Long and Foster in Salisbury.  "They feel pretty bad about this whole situation and want to help as much as possible.  So, we've been pretty fortunate to receive a good amount of donations so far."

Ruch added that his office is planning to hold a corn hole tournament at the new restaurant and atrium, 1400 South, on Wednesday, April 20 with all of the proceeds going to the Humane Society.

Monetary donations are also being accepted for the rescued dogs and that's the route Evolution Craft Brewing Co. is taking.  EVO is donating a dollar from every pint sold in the tasting room until Sunday to the Humane Society.  Managers at EVO said they have seen plenty of people coming in just to drink for the dogs.

"We posted it up immediately on Facebook and we had so many likes and shares it was unbelievable," said Sam Gibson, the brand manager at EVO.  "And you know, the numbers have gone up considerably just because I think people actually want to help the puppies and the Humane Society of Wicomico County."

Crown Sports Center in Fruitland is giving away free roller skating and laser tag this Sunday for each pet product donated.  The Milford Skating Center is collecting donations for the Wicomico County Humane Society on April 23.  And the town of Hurlock is Dorchester County is accepting donations and will be making a delivery to the Wicomico County Humane Society.

Also, Michelle's Pretty Paws in Salisbury is having a pet food drive, Saturday April 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the rescued Wicomico County dogs.
