DelDOT Reveals New Plan For Relieving Millsboro Congestion

The Department of Transportation made a major announcement Tuesday, which they're hoping will lead to less congestion in downtown Millsboro. Years after a proposed bypass was greeted by major opposition, the agency is back with a smaller, simplified plan, that would construct a connector road between Routes 113, 24, and 30. The project would also call for a widening of Route 113 in Millsboro.
