Dover Woman Arrested on Drug Charges Near State Fishing Area

DNREC police arrested Juliana N. Strobel on drug charges after police say they found cocaine and Ecstasy near a state-regulated fishing area.

DOVER, Del. -- A Dover woman is facing multiple drug-related charges after police found her in possession of drugs near a state regulated fishing area.

DNREC Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police says officers found Juliana N. Strobel, 24, at the Division of Fish & Wildlife-managed Lebanon Landing Fishing Area in Kent County. DNREC reports Strobel was in possession of cocaine and Ecstasy. 

Strobel was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance/cocaine and Ecstasy, one count each of: possession of drug paraphernalia not marijuana-related, marijuana personal use quantity 21 or older – civil, and failure to have driver’s license in possession.

Strobel was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7 in Dover; she was released on an $800 unsecured bond after her case was transferred to the Court of Common Pleas.
