HANOVER, Md. (AP)- Anne Arundel County police say they are investigating a shooting outside of a PetSmart across from the Arundel Mills mall in Hanover.
Lt. T.J. Smith says police got a call just before 8 a.m. Tuesday from a man who reported that he had just been shot at outside of the pet store. Smith says the man had a minor wound that didn't require medical attention. He says it's unclear whether the wound was a bullet graze or from shattered glass.
Smith says there were no other reports of injuries. He could not immediately address the possible motive, including whether the shooting was part of a robbery attempt.
No arrests have been made. Police are canvassing the area to search for suspects.
