MILFORD, Del.- Authorities say a Milford man is facing multiple charges for his actions in a hospital emergency room.
According to Milford police, staff at Bayhealth reported a disorderly person in the hospital's emergency room on Sept. 17.
When an officer arrived, he reported seeing an unclothed man acting aggressively toward hospital staff.
The officer stated that he was unable to control the man and so used his Taser on 31-year-old Joshua D. Nicholas and took him into custody.
Nicholas was charged with resisting arrest, harassment, offensive touching, menacing, and disorderly conduct.
Bail was set at $2,500 and Nicholas is scheduled to appear at his arraignment Oct. 29 in the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas.
