Seaford Prostitution Sting Leads to Multiple Arrests

SEAFORD, Del.- Seaford police say a prostitution sting on Thursday resulted in several arrests. 

Police said the operation was in response to citizen complaints. 

The following is a list of arrests and charges:

  1. Nicole Pumphrey, 43, Seaford?: prostitution, loitering, possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned at JP Court #3 and committed on $2,240 secured bond.
  2. Kathy Niblet, 26, Laurel: prostitution, loitering, breach of release. She was arraigned at JP Court #3 and committed on $1,650 secured bond.
  3. Paul Piper, 56, Bridgeville: patronizing a prostitute, loitering. He was arraigned at JP Court #3 and released on $150 unsecured bond.
  4. Homero Pina, 31, Seaford: patronizing a prostitute, loitering. He was arraigned at JP Court #3 and released on $150 unsecured bond.
  5. Tragelin Paul, 42, Seaford: patronizing a prostitute, loitering. He was arraigned at JP Court #3 and released on $150 unsecured bond.
  6. Kenneth Evans, 29, Seaford: patronizing a prostitute, loitering. He was arraigned at JP Court #3 and released on $150 unsecured bond.
  7. Christopher Walston, 41, Seaford: patronizing a prostitute, loitering. He was arraigned at JP Court #3 and released on $150 unsecured bond
  8. Alfredo Lopez, 31, Bridgeville: patronizing a prostitute, loitering. He was arraigned at JP Court #3 and released on $250  secured bond.

According to police. the following suspects were arrested in the area during the operation:

  1. Jamie Deshields, 33, Seaford: possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a criminal summons.
  2. Holley Holt, 32, Seaford: capias failure to pay traffic offenses. He was arraigned at JP Court #3 and committed on $172  secured bond.
  3. David Holt, 33, Seaford: traffic offenses. He was released on a traffic summons.
  4. Elwood Willis,  37, Bridgeville: carrying a concealed dangerous instrument (brass knuckles), possession of a counterfeit substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned at JP Court #3 and released on $4,000 unsecured bond.

The Seaford Police Department was assisted by the Delaware Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Department and the Georgetown Police Department.
