SUSSEX COUNTY, Del.- The site once proposed for the Overbrook Town Center is back on the Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission agenda once again.
On Thursday, the commission will discuss a proposal to subdivide 64 acres on the property to build 135 single family homes. The homes would be built on the northeast side of Route One across from Cave Neck Road, near Milton.
The area was previously proposed to house the mega shopping mall named Overbrook Town Center before the application was shot down by the county council twice.
Sussex County's Planning and Zoning Commission meets at the county building in Georgetown beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday.
