OCEAN CITY, Md.- Police say a construction worker died Monday morning after falling from a building in Ocean City.
Ocean City police spokesperson Lindsay Richard said that at around 8:40 a.m., emergency crews were called to 2501 Philadelphia Ave. for a reported fall. The 38-year-old man was located on the site and declared dead, Richard said. Police later learned he had fallen from the fourth floor.
Police have not yet identified the worker as family is still being notified, according to Richard. She said the fall was ruled accidental. The Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the accident.
