WORCESTER CO. - There was a deadly car crash on Route 13 southbound at the Maryland-Virginia border today, according to Pocomoke City police.
Pocomoke City Volunteer Fire says Route 13 has single-lane traffic open in both directions.
Police say to expect back-ups and major delays on that highway.
