DOVER, Del.-A memorial made to honor a fallen service member is entering a new chapter in Dover.
Artist Christian Kanienberg recently finished the American flag mural on the Old Lebanon Road overpass. The mural was completed in honor of Senior Airman Elizabeth Loncki. Loncki was the first Delaware woman to lose her life during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
She was 23 years-old.
