FELTON, Del. - Police arrested Alec Graham for a warrant in Dover related to child pornography.
According to the Felton Police Department, a traffic stop on route 13 revealed the driver had active warrants out of Dover Police Department for dealing in child pornography.
Police identified the driver as Alec s. Graham, 31, of Dover. Authorities say Graham was taken into custody without incident and handed over to Dover Police for pending charges.
