EASTON, Md. - Easton police say on Mar. 17 they responded to a home on Jowite Street for an assault.
Officers say they contacted a woman who had visible signs of injury. According to police, she stated that she was hit in the head several times by a man identified as 41-year-old Roger Arturo Galeas, of Easton.
After the investigation, police say Galeas was charged with second degree assault and transported to the Talbot County Detention Center.
