GEORGETOWN, Del.– Southbound Route 113 is closed in the area of Route 9 as hazmat crews respond to a crash, according to DelDOT.
The agency reported the crash around 4:46 a.m. on Nov. 2, with all southbound lanes still closed as of 8 a.m.
DelDOT urges drivers to avoid the area if possible and follow emergency personnel's directions.
Delays are expected throughout the morning, according to DelDOT.
