DOVER, DE - Officials are warning people to expect traffic delays from Aug. 15 to Aug. 18.
Dover Police shared a post saying the PHISH Mondegreen Festival is coming to the Woodlands, and heavy traffic is coming with it. Over 45,00 attendees are expected, according to police, so travelers are advised to plan for longer travel times.
Police are asking drivers to consider using alternate travel routes from Aug. 14 to Aug. 19 to avoid the traffic.
