Lawmakers Propose Ambitious Climate Change Bills to Reduce Carbon Emissions

The bills look to reduce carbon emissions by 100 percent by the year 2050, a goal set forth in House Bill 99, filed last week. There are six House Bills on the table and one Senate Bill. They all have a similar goal, but would take different steps to get there.
