POCOMOKE CITY, Md.- Former Pocomoke City Manager Bobby Cowger is suing the town.
Cowger was let go back in April and was officially terminated from his position in June, WBOC previously reported.
It's still not entirely clear why he was removed, but the town council cites unsatisfactory job performance as the reason for his termination.
Cowger is calling his termination illegal. After failed attempts at mediation, he filed a lawsuit Friday to secure reinstatement and full payment of the wages he says he's owed by Pocomoke City.
