EASTON, Md. -- The Easton Police Department said they arrested an Easton Man on intoxication charges Sunday after he was almost hit by a car and later caused a scene at a Denny's.
According to Easton Police, Victor Gomez-Chilel, 34 of Easton, was in the area of Ocean Gateway when police said he was allegedly so intoxicated that he put himself in danger by almost being hit by a car.
Police said he then reportedly caused a scene at Denny's, where they said he was disturbing patrons at the restaurant.
He was arrested and charged with intoxicated endangerment and intoxicated public disturbance. He was released on personal recognizance after being taken before a Talbot County commissioner.
